One of our proudest developments to date, consisting of 5 plots. A mix of 3 and 2 bed houses were constructed with a beautiful restored stone front and Swithland slate roofs. By reusing the local materials and traditional stone masonry methods, gives the houses a rich history and characteristics which would stand timelessly and proud for centuries to come.

This development was a joint venture between LB and private investor of which a partnership was formed and a relationship which stands as a benchmark for future business. We are proud to provide a service which has multiple beneficiaries including local community, local businesses, and investors with economical and social impacts.
