23a Margaret Street was the old entrance to the cattle market in the early 20th century. By making the most of such a small plot of land (3.6 meters width, 86 m2 living space), we managed to squeeze in a contemporary build. Featuring an open plan ground floor with a large velux roof light, providing 2 en-suite bedrooms on the 1st and 2nd floor. A glass curtain wall and metal roof add to this developments uniqueness as it stands out among the neighbouring homes. This home was sold within a week of being on the market.
