Located opposite The Bradgate Arms, this small converted barn is restored to exceptional standards.
A beautifully extended boot room made from an oak frame, brick, and Swithland slate is a small example of our master building ability.
The barn features a single garage, out building storage, large living space and kitchen, an office, and two bedrooms. The building was first converted from agricultural buildings by Jelsons in the 60’s. It was purchased by LB as a single story dwelling and extended upwards.
