Social development for Waterloo Housing.
A development of 6 two bedroom town houses, all of which were built for shared ownership for Waterloo Housing association. The land was previously a car park. All plots were equipped with PV solar paneling on the roofs linked to the national grid, in an effort to work towards a sustainable future.
This project won a certificate of commendation for the development, which enhanced the immediate vicinity and improved Wigston's environment.
