A complete refurbishment and extention of a small 2 bed cottage in Woodhouse Eaves. The extension provided a new kitchen, utility room, and downstairs WC. The works extended to some underpinning, rebuilding and pointing of stone work. The cottage was re roofed using the exiting Swithland slates. All new timber windows were purpose made by Walter Moss.
